Full audit tracking of assets

We are serious about the business of asset tracking. We have developed our own in house database
software that enables us to track every piece of equipment that we collect at every stage of the process.

We record the condition, any relevant serial numbers and asset tags, a record of data destruction and
the final destination whether sold as a working unit, broken into useable parts or broken down for mineral
and component reclamation.

Fast removal of equipment

Based less than an hour from London and having our own transport fleet, we are geared to act swiftly when
the need arises. We always aim to collect within 48 hours of notification, to provide a comprehensive inventory
listing within 48 hours and with a final complete inventory listing and data destruction certificate with 3 working
days, our 7 Day turnaround from phone call to completion is unmatched in the industry.

Maximum financial return

We may have this as our fifth item but we place as much importance on this as other issues – obviously a lot
of older equipment has no resale value as a complete item and has to be broken down for parts reclamation
to comply with WEEE directives. The systems we have established enable us to perform this without any
cost to the customer.

But if the hardware has any resale value than we are ideally geared to realise this. We have built an extensive
network of buyers across the UK and Western Europe to maximise the revenue obtainable and we are very
excited about our partnership with a Hungarian based reseller to redistribute across the emerging markets of
Eastern Europe.
