Service Levels
• Provide basic summary list via email at point of collection within 1 hour of loading
• Provide detailed summary of all equipment collected but not yet tested with 2 working days
• Provide final detailed inventory list and data destruction certificates with 7 working days
• Agree final inventory and finalise revenue
Back2Staff
We can arrange removal of all your equipment, secure data wipe then reload of OSX and resell back to your
staff with full warranty and telephone support – removing the burden on your IT department.
Total Sercurity
We use only our own drivers and clearance staff. All removed hardware is taken direct to our quarantined
warehouse before CESG-verified data removal and cleansing.
Partnerplan
If you having new equipment we can liaise with the installation company and remove all the old equipment
at the same time – we can even remove all the new packaging and boxes to minimize disruption.
